RAYMOND M | First ImpressionsI’m very dissatisfied with my moving process with U-Haul and storage. Now especially with the storage unit, I originally purchase the 5x10 storage unit that went for $136 without taxes, for me to get there and to my greatest surprise thier elevator doesn’t work, movers has to use the stairs, I ended up changing the unit for something outside even after I repeatedly told the front desk lady if she could just find me something in climate, now the unit outside that was given to me as a replacement has severe damages on the roof too, the moment she opened the door, I took not of it and informed the girl, she said if I give one key, she will have them fix it but until Monday. My experience was very very poor and regret so much. Bad experience thus far.

IBRAHIMA D | First ImpressionsThe facility doors were stuck to get out and very tricky getting in. The snow removal was horrible for a business. The unit had stains on the walls, trash was on the top the the metal net ceiling and to top it off after I paid for the unit the largest rat trap was put in my unit that was not there before signing. I was able to view many units in the facility i was at, it got worse by the minute. The alam system was constantly ringing. My finale choice was to moves out in less than a month to a different company and facility. Very sad for my first storage unit !
