The employee did a really nice job getting me the rental truck and returning it. What bothered me was that when I was returning the truck, he appeared to be experiencing a sudden volume of traffic and he was by himself. He was making customer wait, by no fault of his own, which should not happen. Overall, he managed to deal with everyone under intense pressure to deliver great customer service, while having an influx of customers and he performed very well. I can only imagine if he had help, the operation would have ran even better. Great job overall.

I was in line for over an hour. I could see the line pilling up out the door behind me. In NO way was that the fault of the employee on shift(he was friendly and helpful). It is late July/ early August as a company that advertises as a way to help people move I would think that corporate would have enough common sense to have more then one person working during one of the busiest times of the year. I had booked my van in advance and I talked to the people in front of me and they had booked theirs weeks in advance. Moving is already stressful and Uhual has done nothing but add a LOT more stress to it. Having the place so understaffed just show's how either corporate does not care about there employee's/customers or that they simply can not even afford to hire enough employees to have a functioning store.

Train and teach your phone reps not to LIE to customers by insisting that the truck has cruise control. I cancelled another less expensive truck rental (Budget) for this truck because of what I was told on phone (it's recorded by you). I want a refund of the difference ($200) it cost me due to your LIES.

Mr. Spriggs and coworker were very professional and did what they needed to ensure all was met. The prior renter returned the truck, I was renting, but did not turn in the keys, they were very professional and quick to ensure all went well. Thank you!

The truck we rented had a broken right side mirror that swung in different directions, making it very difficult and dangerous to drive on the highway. In addition, we ordered 12 furniture pads but, although I got there right as the location opened at 9 am, there were only 4 left. Both times I visited the location, there was a long line and only one man working the front desk; this was the same man at 9 and 3:30, making me think that nobody else had been there all day. Poor guy-- he was very helpful, although he offered no explanation about the broken mirror until we asked about it after returning the truck. Overall, the equipment was mostly there when we needed it but this location needs more workers and/or supplies!

We had a great experience so nothing comes to mind, but I would like to acknowledge the young man who was managing the office. He was polite, helpful, and was working as quickly as possible to take care of a large group of customers as he was the only person on duty. Excellent customer service.
