When printing contract come out to the vehicle to make sure what is stated on the contract is correct. 9/2, 2 weeks ago the miles was incorrect on the contract by 50 miles and the miles were off by 1 mile on my contract 9/15. So I just recommend that the representative verify the miles and gas.

I booked my reservation a full month in advance so that I would have time to move out of my apartment on Aug. 31 and into my new apartment on Sept. 1. Apparently this means absolutely nothing to uHaul as they attempted to cancel my reservation twice (had to call up to nationals to get it back) and was then told that I had to have the truck back by 7am or risk being fined up to $250. uHaul singlehandedly made my moving day hell. Do not under any circumstance get a truck on any busy day of the year... go with a company that actually respects the needs of their customers

I had a reservation for a truck for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:15am and stood in line for an hour. I only had the truck for 2 hours so I asked to extend the drop off time and they refused and then charged me when I inevitably brought the truck back late.

Stop threatening customers that you are going to call the police and report the vehicles stolen when a customer is extending their contract further than originally intended. This is a horrible way to treat customers.

The vehicle was so dirty and the brakes did not work well. Which I think is unacceptable because that's a safety issue. And there was no way of adjusting the mirrors.

First and foremost, my reservation was changed without explicit notice. I changed my reservation to add more time and this caused my pickup location to change completely. The new location was nowhere near where I needed it to be. There was not one single email containing a warning that my location had been changed. This is absolutely not acceptable. This information needs to be clearly stated before agreeing to change your reservation. The location I visited was fine. The employees were great and the uhaul was fine. However, the Uhual didn't have a gas cap and duct tape was used to cover the gas tank. This felt fairly unsafe and like bad practice.

I had a huge problem with the Customer Service at this location. Mainly because the first day that I went to reserve the Vehicle I was giving wrong information, and also the Truck was booked for the wrong day. Luckily the person I interacted with the second day was able to help me better, but it was still disappointing because of the stress and confusion that was already caused.

I purchased a lock from U-Haul that said on the package that it worked on all trailers and trucks. It did not. Even the U-Haul rep who checked the vehicle when I returned it could not get it to fit. To its credit, U-Haul refunded the money.
