The gas should be full when picked up and full on return. I used the calculation on the rental document to determine how much gas i needed. The gauge was inaccurate. I ended up returning the van with 1/4 tank more then when I picked up. Go back to pick up full and return full.

The gentleman who met me in the morning was terrible. He acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me out. He showed me the truck, did not do a walk around, and did not remove the cardboard sign from the windshield. When I asked about the cardboard he said move yourself and put it behind the seat. It was horrible customer service

the agent at the check in said some type of deduction would be made to me for the inconvenience of almost two hours waiting for the tow service to arrive. When the total was complied there was no discount. Not happy I want that adjustment on my final billing.

The customer service was phenomenal when I came in to rent a U-haul truck. The young man (Darron Spriggs) was friendly and very honest. But when I went in to drop of the rental, the young man (Jameel Newman) was very disrespectful and provided very poor customer service.While he was checking out the rental truck at the front desk, he focused on his cell phone rather than the task at hand. He did explain the rental charges adequately or even try to attempt to provide quality customer service. I honestly feel very uneasy with Jameel knowing my credit card information.

Tito was awesome and very information. He made our visit quick and hassle-free. He even let us know what to do if we went over the rental time. I am also particularly thankful that he told us the van was rear wheel drive. it was snowing heavily and as the day progressed the driving conditions got worse. It was helpful and very considerate of him to think of telling us and we appreciate it. Thanks!

While the employee was very aware of his surroundings and duties, it's sad to know that he was all by himself to attend to customers (he did his job and he did it well). I waited in line for about 15-20 minutes because he had to not only attend to customers outside but inside as well. The manager needs to hire more people to work on Sundays because when it gets busy it gets busy and it only takes one person to have a problem and then the rest of the people in line has to wait.
