There was only one person working, so the wait time was quite long. The person taking rentals back at E.O.D. did not answer out question, was very cold. Wasn't a bad experience, but wasn't a great one.

Everyone was very professional and friendly except the guy behind the desk when I returned the truck. He barely acknowledged me, grunted when I spoke to him and never looked up. Other than that, it was a very nice experience in a very stressful day. Thank you!

Extremely poor customer service, they even charged me for insurance without asking if I wanted it (I didnt). When I went to drop off the truck he tried to make me get gas even though I had only driven 7 miles and had already gotten gas. He said I had to return with more gas than I got it with (where is that ever the rule???). I'm not even going to mention the 20 minute wait. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO HERE

They don't answer the phone! Even though there were two guys sitting in front of a phone when I got there, no one seems to be inclined to pick it up. I ended up booking it after reaching someone in Arizona. Also, the person who hooked up the trailer seemed to be less experienced than me. His "method" made me nervous enough to return the following day to have it checked. That day Chico did a much better (and safer) way of doing it. They also missed a couple of lights (with burned out bulbs) when they were checking the wiring.

Uhaul needs to get it's overall call center format updated. Long hold times for reps to find an actual person in a particular "area" because the rep you are talking to has no knowledge of this state or that state or area. You specialize in renting trucks etc. that go from place to place but your call center process does not support that.

This facility is seriously understaffed. There was only one person to take care of a huge line of people. It took more than a hour it check out the truck. Service and customer service is very poor. The rudeness and unprofessional if the facility manager is deterrent to my returning to Uhaul anytime soon.

I was suppose to pick up a truck in west Roxbury the day before I'm suppose to get the truck I find out I have to pick up in Hyde park and my time went from 9am-2:15...the manager at the Hyde park location was rude and kept lying to get me off the phone (I made the reservation a MONTH prior) and I got charged for things I didn't ask for and I had ordered mattress bags with my reservation when I went to pick up the truck they told me I would have to go to my original location to pick up my mattress bags so I had to purchase more ...overall experience NEVER renting from uhaul again!

When I returned the truck the employe's attitude needed adjustment. As I stated on my email.: I was told as long as I return the truck by 7pm I was fine. He told me I have to pay for 2 days because of 1.5 hours late. His behavior was unjustified and unprofessional. .. He needs some more training. ..

TITO IS A ROCKSTAR! He was exceedingly helpful and knew his way around the u-haul system. Was able to help us look for what we wanted ( a corporate van for a one way trip which HAD Been reserved shame on you UHAUL for the bait and switch) And when we couldn't find one he checked us out very quickly.

New staff left by herself to manage this rental location. The lines were long and she didn't have experience/training in working in the computer system. She tried her best to submit my paperwork, however after many many many attempts the rental contract was still wrong. Before leaving any new staff alone, properly train them and never leave only one staff at a location.

There seemed to be a lot of extra charges that I wasn't aware of. I used the truck to drive 30 miles to move a treadmill and the experience cost me over $100. Then when I had to drop it off it took forever because it was after hours. I wasn't aware of what a process dropping off after hour would be and how hard it would be to locate the drop box for the keys. I walked around the building searching and even called the help line (which no one picked up) and finally found the drop box behind a part of the driveway that was under construction. It was a very frustrating process.

You advised me to get insurance and charged me extra for a flat tire. You could have gave me the tralor with a flann tire for all I know. $150.?? I won't use you ever again. And your guy working there obviously hates his job and just hates people. I have two businesses and I understand it's hard to get good staff. But I won't ever be back as a result of the way I was treated.

I reserved a 10' truck over 1 month in advance of the date I needed it. I was guaranteed that one would be available. When I arrived to pick-up the truck, I was told there were no 10' trucks available even though there were at least 2 or 3 in the lot. I expressed my displeasure, but no one really cared; the attitude was basically - take it or leave it. I don't understand the point of reserving a vehicle if the reservation will not be honored. Probably will try Penske next time.
