MATTHEW HAuto Transport was in good working order on arrival. However, during testing of the equipment after connection to the U-Haul truck that I had rented from a different location, the brake and hazard lights did not work. A gentleman came out and began troubleshooting where it was discovered that the truck was missing the "Trailer tow right-hand and left-hand stoplamp and direction indicator relay power" fuse. The gentleman proceeded to go inside and came back out with the correct fuse and after installing it into the fuse box, the trailer brake and hazard lights began working. He went above and beyond in his troubleshooting and helpfulness in getting me on the road with fully working equipment.
