Frank BThe trucks were parked in a gravel parking lot a 1/4 mile down the road. We had 6 inches of snow 2 days prior. The parking lot was not plowed and the trucks still had 6 inches of snow on them. If I didn’t have 4 wheel drive, I could have gotten stuck in the parking lot. You also had to climb a steep driveway onto a main road in an unplowed parking lot which required excessive speed just to get up the hill. I also had to find a piece of wood as a make shirt snow removal device from the hood and windshield. An older, less able / prepared individual would have had issues. Also… the truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas when I Picked it up. Overall, the facility was careless in critical preparation.
