We appreciated the ability to pickup and return outside business hours via the mobile app. So convenient!
Gail KAt early pickup, Mobile app said equipment hadn’t been checked in and to call the 800 number. That also didn’t resolve so I had to wait for someone to arrive at the location to check me in. I expect the mobile setup was not done for my reservation. All worked out - but lost 25min of my planned departure time. Thanks
JASON EThere is nothing wrong with the location or the truck. I had a lot of problems checking in on the app. The app was very slow, glitching a lot. However, I had no issues returning the truck through the app.
Cherlyn BI did not get the 10 furniture pads that I ordered online so that was a big issue for me. Also there was absolutely zero AC in the truck. It only blew warm air so that was a serious inconvenience.
