Besides the truck needing a jump when I first tried to start it, i had no other issues the entire trip. Additionally, the gentleman who checked us out was very friendly and even gave us some food recommendations for the area since my fiancée and I just moved to the area. Return of the truck was easy as well. Thanks.

Susan AMy review isn't of this location but u-haul as a whole. The truck had damage and didn't drive great. The app is an absolute disaster and made picking up and returning the truck an absolute nightmare. I wanted to pick up in-store but they were unexpectedly closed so I was forced to use the app. U-haul customer service had me on hold for an eternity trying to sort out my issues. This location was fine but u-haul left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll likely stick to Penske rentals in the future.
