My review isn't of this location but u-haul as a whole. The truck had damage and didn't drive great. The app is an absolute disaster and made picking up and returning the truck an absolute nightmare. I wanted to pick up in-store but they were unexpectedly closed so I was forced to use the app. U-haul customer service had me on hold for an eternity trying to sort out my issues. This location was fine but u-haul left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll likely stick to Penske rentals in the future.

CHUCK HThe man who waited on us went above and beyond in helping us. He was very knowledgable. Handled the transaction professionally. 40 minutes from our house but if we need another uhaul this will be our pickup location Thank you
Phil DWhen a truck gets turned in early, credit being issued would be nice. Also be told to drop off the truck after 4 PM when this location closes at 4 PM, not ideal
