My review isn't of this location but u-haul as a whole. The truck had damage and didn't drive great. The app is an absolute disaster and made picking up and returning the truck an absolute nightmare. I wanted to pick up in-store but they were unexpectedly closed so I was forced to use the app. U-haul customer service had me on hold for an eternity trying to sort out my issues. This location was fine but u-haul left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll likely stick to Penske rentals in the future.
