The equipment and people who helped us at the location were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is with the U-Haul system itself. What the company does not make clear when you make an advance reservation is that it does not know if the equipment will be available when and where you reserve it. That's why it has someone call you 24 hrs before the reservation. To tell you then if someone happened to drop off the equipment you reserved. So be sure to reserve at a location with space for lots of equipment, like this one. Our original reservation in Truckee didn't work out because they are so small. There was a much lower probability someone would happen to drop off the equipment we rented where there is space only for two trucks. This is what someone at dispatch explained when we changed the reservation to the Incline Village location.
