Had to call the Uhaul main number to get help. We were late at night, but if a phone number is given/listed, someone should answer or at least have it forwarded to the main number.

He called me to check in when I was late for my pre-scheduled vehicle pick up. He called again to check in when I went past my scheduled vehicle drop off. Highly recommended!!
