when I reserve a 26' truck and you tell me YES, we have that reserved for you, then the morning of the reservation I find out the truck is now located 45 minutes further away (creating a lost of about 3 hours due to the logistics of pickup, moving, then return) that is totally unacceptable. The sub truck at 20' WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH to hold my shit and now Ive basically lost a lot of effects that I would have otherwise kept due to not being bale to move them all at once. Honestly, just baffling and unacceptable. I will do my best to never use UHAUL ever gaain and will implore any and all freinds and acquaintances to do the same. Awful.
