Rented with Uhaul a few times in the past without issue. This experience was the 1st time pick up was not smooth. I arrived at pick up time of 830am. I tried to use the uhaul app to pick up, but immediately was having issues. I would click "pick up" but app would appear to be loading, only to bring me back to main screen. This happened several times. I ended up closing app and reopening. I got to the point where you take a photo of yourself, but then app would not proceed to next sceen. At that time, I saw that the store was open, so I went inside to see if I could pick up with a person. Was told No, not till 9am. Went back outside and tried again. Was slightly confused cause it had my take another photo of myself, then said they could not verify my identity and needed more information. Completed that, by putting someone I know name and phone number. After sometime, I got clearance, I guess and was given the code for key lock box. Opened the box and there was No key. I went back inside and had to wait about 5 minutes to get an employee to ask about key. Then another few minutes for an employee to give me a the key. The whole process took over 30 minutes. When I've rented a truck about 2 months ago inThe state of Arizona, had no issues with the app or pick up. Side note employees at the time, seemed unfriendly cause they didnt know me. They were friendly with a few customers I saw them interact with while waiting. Their interaction seemed like they were regulars of that store / friends. I stated "no" to statement "clean and we'll maintained" due to a crack in the windshield. Luckily it wasn't an issue with visibility, but I would not call it well maintained. However the interior and back of truck was clean and did seem maintained. Based on my 1st time experience of renting a uhaul at this location, I would not recommend it to a friend. Being unfriendly and not easy to pick up truck. However, unfortunately, it the only location local to where I am or anyone in this town. To pick up a truck at another location, would be many more miles you have to pay for for a local move. Hard to say, if in the future, if I would pick up here again vs paying more to try my luck somewhere else. May have to look into penske or another truck rental company, even if a bit more.

Phylis LSir I called about a trailer rental Friday wasn't sure I was going to need it. Things materialized and I need to rent the trailer. Called again to verify trailer still available Saturday morning. I thought everything was go. To my amazement when I arrived at the stores front counter I was told they couldn't rent trailers. I just drove twenty five miles to pick up the trailer. Seems they were out of the pigtail that connected my truck to the trailer. The older man helping the clerk acted like there wasn't anything he could do about not having the pig tail. Shouldn't some one be responsible for that stock? No need to have trailers sitting along the side of the lot if you can't rent them, that don't make you any money. I ask what connector was needed, they told me the trailer was a four wire connector. I said my truck was also a four wire. We went and looked thankfully they were the same. Was I ever happy to see that. Thankfully i was able to continue with my plans, They said people kept steeling the pig tails. Looks like they need to keep more in stock. When I rented a UHAUL in Rogers, Ark they sold me a pig tail. I was successful in getting the material moved, the trailer performed great.
Jerry FHad to clean inside of trailer floor before moving furniture for my son. Floor had oily substance all over it that made it slick and dirty. Also had some type of animal feed pellets scattered all over the interior of the trailer took 30 minutes to clean it before we could load it other than that great experience staff was awesome.
