The employee was very rude and not helpful,however, he chose to assist another customer who had the same questions as I did regarding the 24/7 access . I felt as though I was being discriminated against which I didn’t feel was right. I am a paying customer just like the gentleman who came in after me. I notified the person who said he was the manager that I will be writing a letter to corporate documenting my horrific experience.

Difficult to access. Missed the tiny sign 2x and had to drive another mile and circle back. Prefer picking up at a regular location.

I tried to call in, but couldn't get through. It looks like I was double billed for this rental. I have one charge for $240.84 and another $107.27. The total should have been the $240.84 amount.

I was scheduled to pick-up a cargo van at 2:30pm on Saturday, March 31, 2018. When I arrived, there was no sign of where the office was on the property, plus, I now got in a line behind other customers that were waiting for the manager to return to the property. Once I did find out which trailer and which door was the office, I then saw a handwritten note saying the he "went into Stallings and would be right back". No times were shown. Well, the people ahead of me were there for quite awhile before I got there at 2:30, and when a small white car pulled in about 3:15pm, I didn't even think this was the manager because he didn't even come to us and say he was, or that he was back, or offer any apology. Time was critical to me as I had gotten off work at 2:00pm and had to make a pick-up 40 miles away before 5:00pm when the other person closed. This means that now I couldn't take my time, but had to rush to make my pick-up and load the van in time. The manager only said that "I had all day Sunday to return the van". That wasn't even the issue, it was when I needed to make my pick-up time by 5:00pm on Saturday!, not when I had to return the van The other thing is that the windshield on the inside was very dirty, hard to see out of, and needed to be included in part of the cleaning routine of your vehicles.

Very good experience at this location. The vehicle was clean and ready. The manager on duty was very helpful. Providing the necessary facts about the rental and the need for me to understand the paper work.

The condition of the location seems to be waiting on the company to move on finishing repairs, construction and cleanup to the lot. The lot was muddy from the rain. This is why the equipment is not clean. The location has been in this (slow) mode of reconstruction for some time. The Manager at this location is always professional and very helpful.

This place was a trailer running off of a portable generator. It was cold and smelled like cigarettes. The printer did not work because it was "frozen" from what I was told. The trailer had leaves in it and all of the lights did not work. The manager had to call in to a number and then we had to wait until someone from another office called back to talk to me to get my info to email me the contract rather than print it off there. Manager asked me if I wanted to hook up the trailer or if I wanted him to. I went ahead and did it because based on the property level of quality etc, I wanted to make sure the trailer was hooked up properly. Horrible representation of your brand.

I rented Friday was done Saturday called they were closed they were closed Sunday and Monday so I take it back Tuesday I was then charged 99plus another 32 something after I was told I could not drop it off. That was on top of the 20 plus I was charged to begin with on Friday.. never again.. budget all the way now., very disappointed in uhal
