The location is a little bit tricky to navigate due to road construction but the truck was ready and the staff was friendly and got me in an out with very little effort.

Location is temporarily hard to access due to road construction; we had trouble getting to it. Better signage or an email letting customers know the alternate entry road would be helpful.

But they need to be warned that the location is no clearly marked with an address. I only turned in because I saw other U Haul trucks there. Lots of construction on Route 74 could interfere with the pickup and drop off. Appreciated the 24/7 drop off

The owner did not inform us of a change in address so we spent and extra 20+ min picking it up. He acted like it was our fault . He had sent us an email letting us know the truck was available with the old address listed as the location. When we went to the old location he sent us what we did not know was a back way to his new location and then told us that we could drop off the truck at that entrance after hours. When we arrived at the back entrance we found an outer gate locked and could not get to the location of the gate he told us to drop the van or the lock drop . We thought about locking the keys in the van and leaving t at the outer gate but we were worried about vandelism. We tried to reach the owner on his phone but there was no answer and we tried to call UHaul and they finally answered after 40 minutes and we were already home. So we had to drive the van home for the night, my husband had to miss a mandatory meeting at work in order to drop the van the next morning because the location did not open until 9:00am. Once again the owner acted like it was our fault. I filled a complaint and requested some compensation for our time and received an e-mail saying we could have a $25 credit on our next rental. Bottom line is this is it acceptable and we will be renting from Enterprise the next time we need a vehicle to transport goods. We will also NEVER recommend this location and unless this addressed we will never recommend UHaul to any of our friends.

Lock didn’t work properly. Had difficulty getting it open to get key, then was not able to re-lock so I had to leave back of truck open. Mileage would flash briefly at start up, then maintenance message remained entire time. There was only one security light, so parking area was very dark and it was difficult to see to check out. Picking up and drop off was very time consuming with poor lighting, lock not working and not being able to see mileage due to maintenance message on screen. Need better lighting, properly maintained trucks and equipment.

The employee was very rude and not helpful,however, he chose to assist another customer who had the same questions as I did regarding the 24/7 access . I felt as though I was being discriminated against which I didn’t feel was right. I am a paying customer just like the gentleman who came in after me. I notified the person who said he was the manager that I will be writing a letter to corporate documenting my horrific experience.
