The 24/7 feature was a major fail due to the lock box code being incorrect or the old lock box being broken. Still awaiting confirmation that the charges were reversed on my credit card.

LAURIE LNo and hard to reach customer service help. I had never gotten a uhaul before. Ducktaped driverside mirrior. Half hanging off. And was charged $75 when i was told it would be $45. Not impressed and ill let everyone in town know.
