The trucks are dirty and when asked about cleaning them especially with COVID going on, I was told that she didn't work for uhaul and someone from uhaul is supposed to come and keep the trucks clean. It was layers of dust and dirt. The outside is so dirty you can tell it hasn't been washed in a while. This crazy virus is going around and no one is cleaning these vehicles clean in between rentals as they should be. I will definitely be goimg further with a complaint as someone can get sick due to their neglect. They shouldn't even be open. If they're not following the state wide protocol for businesses.CHANCHETA P.
Just the overall experience.. one I reserved at one location and it was closed it took me calling to find out my reservation was moved to a different location and I almost missed getting a truck.. then the truck had ashes in the ashtray, the car power adapter didn't work. One of the worst driving trucks. And just wasn't my normal Uhaul experience for start to driving the truck and back.Luke S.
At this location the lady was very friendly and helpful. The location on Pendleton Pike where I started out at, was way overbooked and ended up having to give out the guarantee. Yet they were very friendly. I would highly recommend using the Mitthoefer location.AMANDA E.

I checked out the vehicle using the online checkout process. The approval took 20 minutes. I only had the vehicle for a short period and the long approval made it difficult to finish on time. When I reserved the vehicle the night before, I uploaded images of my license. When I went through the online checkout process the next day, it again forced me to upload images of my license making me wonder why I had to do it the night before.Michael H.
