Pick up was at 8:00. People were over 30 min late getting there! The truck was not ready. Fumes in it for gas. It was freezing out, they didn't warm vehicle. It wasn't ready to be rented. Someone had checked it in incorrectly. By the time we got out of there we were 45 min late for the movers. Lucky I was able to contract them to let them know we were running late. It was a very bad experience!!! I'm very dissatisfied with the location.

The truck was almost new - 750 miles. The cabin/front was clean and comfortable, but the bed was a mess of dirt and mud. The location was primarily some other business with u-Haul secondary. The attendant was fine and helpful, but the truck I rented was the only one there. Kind of a sad place.
