I had a tm with tow dolly, and the MPG guage stayed maxed out most of the trip. When I set up the rental, the clerk should have offered a dc that may have cost more up front but saved on gas. I'm not sure if I'm correct on that butjust a thought. The people were efficient and polite.

The people at this location are wonderful to deal with. The first trailer they hooked up would not latch to the trailer ball. They finally gave up and gave me a different one. Not sure who is responsible for that upkeep? Also no reflections the employees but the over head door on that little trailer in this fridgid weather was almost impossible for one person to operate. I realize it has no spring assist and why however I would suggest going with double doors when ordering trailers. Not the locations problem but corporate.

Every time I went in the store - which was over the weekend, a busy time for moving - there were long lines and not enough employees working (usually just 1). They were unorganized. The van I was given hadn't had the mileage or the gas marked correctly.

The only problem I had was that I rented a dolly and it wasn’t in the truck. I had to go all the way back to the storage facility in the middle of all the caos of moving. A bit inconvenient at the time.

we rented a short side open top trailer with a ramp I believe it was 9' x 5'. My only complaint if you would like to call it that was it was full of acorns and lots of tree debris that would've been nice had it been cleaned out when I got it. Not really a reflection on the people of this location as I've been there many times and I think it's an outstanding location. I will be back as always when I need to rent something.

Vehicles need to be updated with charging ports for iPhones. Also the vehicle needs more shock absorbers-ride was WAY too bumpy.

Someone called me at 11:25am ET today (1.16.18) and left a message inquiring about the UHaul we rented from 1.11.18 to 1.14.18. . I returned the call and was asked when the UHaul we had rented was going to be returned, said it was due back on the 14th. I told her that it had been returned on Sunday, the 14th approximately 2pm ET. She said, (her name was Geneva) there had been so many returned on Sunday they couldn't/didn't keep track and she would let them know. Sounds like poor management at this location and not so good customer service to be calling two days after the UHaul was to be returned and asking the customer when it's going to be returned. Other than this we were pleased with the rental process. I put 'Not Applicable' on the question; "Would you recommend this location to a friend?" for the reasons above.

With recent snow called ahead to make sure the open 5x7 trailer would be cleared of snow when I picked it up. I was told that it would be cleaned out and ready to go. When I arrived there was 2 to 3 inches of snow and ice on the trailer bed. When I asked about the snow I was offered some boxes to lay on top of the snow and ice. A few minut s passed when the attendant returned and said they didn’t have any boxes for me to use and offered a shovel for me to clean it out, I spent a few minutes scraping the snow and what ice I could remove before returning their shovel. Luckily the weather was still well below freezing so the furniture I had to move didn’t get wet from the ice I wasnt able to remove,

The check in lady was awesome. After I left I noticed there were no wiper blades. I came back and they quickly repaired and gave me a five mile credit—which was the right thing to do and I appreciated it. Found out on returning the rented pads are not washed between customers. This is unsafe. There could have been bedbugs on them. I was very upset by this. And will make sure I tell all my friends The office was freezing cold. There should have had some sort of auxiliary heat in the building

I noticed later looking at my first bill I was double charged for somethings but the location did catch it on the final bill so I am appreciative of that and I understand it does happen. My biggest concern was the unit I rented had terrible windshield wipers. One was starting to come apart. I realize the weather could be a reason it wasn’t holding up. The windshield washer fluid was either frozen solid or empty. It was hard at times to see driving and I had to stop a few extra times just to clean off the windshield from the wipers just smearing or not cleaning off at all. Overall the rest of the experience was good.

The lady that checked me out was very rude. In the store the floor was completely wet and there was wasn't any salt on the parking lot. I wanted over 30 mins my truck because it was covered in snow and ice. I been to this location twice and the staff is very unfriendly. They behavior as if I am begging for the service and not paying. I will not go back to this location is very unprofessional and not customer friendly at all.

Maybe you can’ Do anything about this but the store is so cluttered. It was almost hard to find the person behind the desk. Your employee s seemed to have a lack of energy and enthusiastic for their jobs.

I rented a van for a few hours to move furniture. When I picked up the van it was very dirty. There was hair and food in the seats, mud all over the exterior, and the mat in the rear of the van was dirty. The staff was nice enough but I was disappointed to pay for something so filthy dirty.

"how would you rate this location overall" Basically my issue is that the closest U-haul center was about 1hr drive from me. I have 3 independent dealers much closer but I had an emergency situation and they are not open on Sunday. Cant complain too much here other than I think for as big as U-haul is they could have a store in Anderson, Noblesville, or Carmel Indiana. The one I had to work with was E. 86th st Indianapolis/Castleton. No issues with the store itself other than the above mentioned lack of accessibility.

I was charged twice the individual who checked me in didn’t say nothing he just charged me twice cause I was a few min late they should have explained the information upfront that I would be charged double next time I’ll go with another company.

1.) The girl behind the counter assured me there was 15/16 in the gas tank and had me sign the contract before seeing the truck. After leaving the facility, and only driving a few miles, I noticed the fuel gauge was at 1/4. After calling the u-haul number, I was told the location would be following up with me to resolve the matter. No one ever called. 2.) The truck assigned to me was apparently blocked in by 3 other trucks. The staff seemed to be inconvenienced by having to move other trucks to get mine out. I didn’t pick the truck, so I should have been treated as a burden on the staff working at the time. They argued back and forth - one person trying to convince the other to redo the contract so they wouldn’t have to move the trucks ... the other refusing to redo the contract because it was too much work so the trucks had to be moved. All of this was not my fault, but became my problem.
