I had a problem with multiple locations and multiple people with the customer service 800 number. This is the 2nd time I rented in a month and both times were horrible from start to finish. Customer service was horrible at the store and 800 number the reservations were both wrong and I drove from one side of town to the other. Also my card was over charged both times and I never got calls back from management. U-HAUL SUCKS!!!

Equipment mostly well maintained. Took me 2 hours due to a failed tail light on a trailer, and then repairs to the a second trailer they tried to give me.

I rented online at one location, was told to report to a different location to pickup the truck, and then waited in line for an hour--only to be told to go to the Castleton store to get a truck. Would have been nice to know that upfront!

Call center was very helpful in locating the cargo trailer that I was needing. The location itself seemed to have employees that didn't care if they were there or not. They got the job done, just not very customer service orientated.

The works where unorganized standing around and talking bad about other costumers in the store when I made my reservation. It was like I was not wanted. 3 people at the counter and only one person helping customers when I picked up my Truck. They made changes to my drop off then had issues when I returned it. Got 3 calls asking where the truck was when it had already returned. Was told I would get a call from management to make sure everything was confirmed ok. Never got that call. I had to make a call to insure my pickup got completed. Had to request my email on my return.

I walked in the store the day before to confirm my rental, they assured me my truck would have a ramp, the next day i picked up the truck no ramp, no alternate truck, no apologies. They said the manager was busy, he was sitting at the counter next to my customer service agent, drinking a slushy from another employee. When I asked him a question, he ignored me and would not even give me eye contact. The assistant manger was spraying a can of air freshener periodically at the counter, she said iT was because a few employees had BO real bad. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!

I was really upset with the overall experience. I had made a reservation at a different location for a different time. The time was supposed to be 830 am and I received a call a two days before I move that I would not have a truck until 300 pm. And I had to return it by 3 am. So I had to move everything and return when I got done which was about midnight.

Very bad experience and will never use again. When picking up the truck was told to bring the truck back because you were short on trucks so I do this to help out your company and in doing so was charged $90 for over mileage which was never told about. Then trying to have the guy Anton explain it to me he tells me to shut up and not talk to him. With 3 people behind the counter one being in charged did nothing to rectify the situation. I would have left the truck in Bloomington and not driven it back had I know all this was going to happen. I was trying to help you out. I will be contacting the person that set this all up and going to call corporate.

They are a busy location but always under staffed. Its takes forever to get help. The gal helping was very nice. The call center that booked me for a certain size but that wasn't onsite. Do they gave me a bigger trailer... but what if I couldn't get a trailer... it would have really messed up my plans. You all seem to need better communication on what's gonna be available st each site.

The truck floor was so sticky that your shoes stuck to floor. We had to cover floor in order to place boxes and furniture. I called the listed number to complain and the person there advised they would call me back. They never called me back. I have used this location numerous times. I will not use them in the future.

Truck we rented smelled like weed, radio was blaring when we turned it on and the check engine/ change oil light was on in the truck. That along with the lack of customer service, just handing us keys without telling us what truck it is and is having to take the huge cardboard sign out of the window ourselves then everyone eating their lunch at the counter when we walked in tells me these people could care less about their customers.

The employees are not skilled and don’t know what they were doing. Very poor customer service at the location and not helpful. The manager is never there to resolve the issues. The worst service providers. I will never deal with U-haul again and specially the location on E86th st.

I was charged for damage that was previously there, even though I had SafeMove and no one will return my phone call. Awful experience. After 3 hours on the phone, the situation is still not resolved.
