During transit, I received a call asking me to drop off the car carrier that night for a $30 credit. I did so, but when I returned the truck the next day there was no record of this in the notes and I did not receive my credit.

Ms. Wagner (the manager, I think this was her name, M. Wagner) was amazing, she went out in the rain to help me disconnect the car dolly, and when I couldn't back the truck up, she disconnected it and moved it by hand. She was great!

Briana was especially helpful and kind. She was a joy to work with. Chuck, however, was rude and had a snarky tone with me. He made me want to take my business elsewhere. He acted like it was a chore to do his job and like I was a bother. He's a disgrace to your company and as someone who works in the service industry I was embarrassed for U-Haul. Honestly, my experience with Chuck made me never want to rent from U-Haul again. It was out of pure necessity and Briana's great customer service that I decided to continue with the transaction. I told Chuck I hoped his day got better. Why do you have people like him in your employ? It's shameful and makes me feel like you do not value your customers. I was also given incorrect information by the person I confirmed my order with on the phone. I realize, this is a call center and he was just doing his job, but it would have been nice for him to confirm the price AND tax with me. If I hadn't budgeted so carefully I wouldn't have been able to afford the surprise tax. I thought the price quoted over the phone included the tax. You people need to get your act together. This whole experience left quite a bit to be desired. If you had more people like Briana on your team and less like Chuck, your business would be booming.

The staff were not friendly and did not offer to help when I walked in the door. Had to ask for service. Neither staff member was busy. Both were just talking. A third staff member came out and they all three were just talking about their schedules. Not caring that there was someone in the store needing to pick a reserved uhaul.

Staffing was very inadequate especially in the afternoon when I returned the vehicle. Not only was the line very long, but the employees were (understandably) visibly frustrated and the customers experienced this.

We got a flat tire on the side of a busy highway at 11:30pm. Took hours for help to arrive, 1:30am. When we were asked about our experiance upon return, the counter rep was cold. He said, nothing we can do about a flat tire, it happens. Not sure that would be my respons to people who were tired from our over night experiance and had the slowest round side exeriance ever. Will not rent from u haul again.

The truck worked and the pads I ordered were in the truck when I picked it up. However, the check engine light was on and I was concerned that the vehicle might break down. Also, when checking the vehicle back in there was a long line of vehicles and I had to weight awhile in the store to check out. There was only one person working. The staff who was working when I returned the truck seemed grumpy as they were clearly understaffed.

I scheduled my truck to be picked up in Westfield but it wasn't there when I called. I had to pick it up in castle ton which took more of my time. Even though u~haul said I would get 25 free miles because of the change they didn't tell the office I rented it from so it took longer to take care of the details.

I was over charged on the mileage. My receipt showed the odometer at 121,655, when in fact it was actually 121,355. I know this because I checked right before handing my keys to the employee. I would've checked the charges and final invoice at the time of handing over the truck, however, it was pouring down rain at the time and there was a long line of trucks ready to be returned. An employee asked me if I had an email tied to my accounts, and I told him I did. He said I would receive an email receipt and I was free to go, so I left. I routed our path on Google Maps and confirmed that there's no way we traveled 41.7 miles as it says on the final invoice. I should be owed roughly $20 back.

The trailer they wanted to give me was not what I reserved, I refused to take the one they wanted me too. Old and falling apart, looked unsafe. When I returned they charged me over twice the estimated price.
