MARIO DI felt like I was walking into a bad movie set at this location. They seemed disorganized and confused by my arrival. The trailer had one tire that was nearly flat. The attendant said "it has four tires, the others look ok". Thankfully I didn't have to go far with this trailer.
Harold HThe pickup was smooth however the original equipment had issues with the wheels so it was decided to upgrade the equipment for free because the right size was not available. But then I got charged the extra amount and had to work through reimbursement process through U-Haul. To the company’s credit, that was relatively painless process, so far.
