DIANNE HThere was no drop off box (it had been removed or stolen), no clear indication of where to park the car and how to return it when the key drop box is missing. The facility had closed before the stated working hours and there was no one there to help. If it wasn't for a helpful support rep., I would have missed my flight as U-Haul had no backup plan for what to do when the key drop box is missing and facility is closed. The experience was so bad that after 22 years of using U-haul, I am unlikely to ever use it again.
