Having us, the customer go out with a Uhaul app on our phone to document any damage is absolutely ridiculous. We filled up the app with as many pictures as we could, and were told to take additional damage with our own phone. This took us at a least 20 minutes to do. We were extremely paranoid to rent the truck. We were out there by ourselves doing this. Your staff should do this. This is the dumbest most inconvenient thing I may have ever done.

I think the guy here did not understand fully and made me confused. Thank God my son inlaw was with me and I was really upset that I ad to pay yet again because the guys at the pickup location messed up and they would not even answer the phone so we could get some answers. So my son-in-law took a look at the computer and explained to me that I still had to give up more money even though on my checking acct showed I had already been billed for 310.21 ugh! I will probably never use this service ever again anywhere unless someone calls me to reimburse me for miles I did not use. Thank you.

All was great except I received a call the morning the trailer due that I couldn’t answer, and no message was left to indicate the reason for the call. I called back and waited for about 15 minutes before reaching a person. For some reason at that time it was not apparent to them that I had dropped off the trailer the day before about 5:45 pm. I assume that it was found but I have not received a definitive answer by phone or email that this is so. Other than maybe the receipt being sent to me by email. Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful despite many customers being unreasonably nasty.
