Karine K. | Overall ExperienceI reserved a storage unit online and surprised there was one available. Went to the facility after a long day of packing. I paid for the unit before even looking at it. We got to the unit and UHaul could not get “their” lock off. 3 employees have tried and myself included. They offered me a UBox and said yes your stuff would fit and after I paid for that and saw it. I just laughed. I got a refund on all the transactions hopefully. Spent 3 hours there and nothing was done. I give it to the staff for trying but I went over the miles on the rented truck what I was going to do looking for another storage unit. Very unhappy and spent more than what I was going to spend on miles, gas and my time. HOT TIP: make sure you look at the unit before you give them your credit card.
