The no answer on the equipment was because the two left tires were low on air. I ended up having to get my own compressor later to put air in the tires while I was on the road on the plus side of the young man that took care of me at this location was wonderful and did a great job

Carlos AMy reservation was for a 9' van. I got a 15' truck which caused me some issues. They never get a van there per the owner. So I had to pay more fur the daily rate and mile rate. Since he had to input the reservation as mine wasn't showing up, it was for a full day, and I used it about 8 hours. I have the confirmation email, then a cancellation email 2 hours after pickup, which is weird as I got a truck. Not happy with your system not having the proper inventory per location, losing my reservation and costing me more money than I should have paid.
