I booked a reservation for 15ft close type vehicle a day before and went to a certain location in Aransas pass on Sunday and nobody was there to assist me to process the pick up. Found out the facility was close on Sunday but says online that it's open on Sundays. Called customer service and told me to wait until they get in touch with the location operator. After 20mins still no call back from u-haul so called again and a better agent answered and got me another vehicle from other location close by and even gave me a 20footer.
