The first trailer lights didn't work. So we delayed getting setup until that issue was solved. But that's the trailer providers fault, not the location's. Drop off was easy in Winnsboro.

The car hauler had tires that were severely worn, but an alternative was supplied.

Check the tires for wear. Verify the lights/signals are working. I did this myself prior to leaving location.

I did not understand why I had to take pics of my driver's licence and send into U Haul. Feel violated privacy. The equipment was VERY sub par. Rusted rachets would hardly work. Trailer dog tracked. And one fender was bent up. Driver taillight was coming apart. Just glad I only needed one day.

The truck only had a quarter of tank of gas. They only gave me 171 miles for my move. House to house is 171 miles. They tried to charge me for extra mileage. Added 100 miles and a Ted like they did me a favor. Told me no need to walk around truck being I have Safe move insurance. I said No we will walk around. The hood was spit in 2 places and was not marked. I made Them mark it with bad side scratches. I arranged for movers to unload truck at my location. The system for some crazy reason deflated to 7 days after I turned In truck. I called Movers and they came and took care of it for me.
