Staff is ignorant. Doesn't acknowledge customers. She needs to be trained on customer service. Trailer had flat tire. Had to come back to office to get new one assigned. Dolly had completely flat tires I couldn’t use it which I found out on site when I needed it. They moved office so now trucks and trailer are a football field away from office which makes it super inconvenient. This move ruined a good location.

Apparently they are moving to a new location, unfortunately you could not even see the floor from all the paper empty boxes it look like a disaster we were taken back when we walked in. Thought we were at the wrong place.
DIANE DThe trailer I rented from Inisfil Ontario: 1/ did not operated properly. The tie-down mechanize did not work properly. 2/also someone had spread butter on the passage side strap, and over the base of the trailer. I ended up ruining a expensive pair of gloves 3/ the trailer had no electrical connection cord and the staff person had to look through the yard for trailer with one to swap 4/ there was a great deal of confusion when trying to pick up my trailer rental. I was at the location for over 60 minutes. The person at the desk was working from both a cell phone and desk-top computer, and stated the system was down. Very disappointed with the over experience at this location
WILLIAM YThe unit on the original paperwork was not at the location. The unit I did use had a broken license plate light lens and the left turn signal didn’t work.
