The cube van smelled , service engine message on dash, no paperwork was given to me, I was over charged on my visa, they did not close that I returned the van and service was unfriendly at location. Very bad experience, I have never encountered this in all the times I rented a uhaul.

ALI AAt first, gave us a van that had an extremely low fuel level, and a warning on the dash that stated “0% oil level.” If we didn’t notice, this could’ve been extremely unsafe. Their overall attitude was not respectful, on phones while we wait for them to start the process, pointed us in the incorrect direction to find the vehicle and gave us a hard time for being not right on time.
MADISON SThe open trailer was greasy and there was a lot of dirt and rocks in it... Got some grease on the furniture we were moving... It would have been nice to have it clean.
Frank DThere was no working lock on the driver's side. The vehicles air deflection body fenders were pretty beat up. The uhaul attendant basically gave me the keys to finish off the vehicle inspection on my own.
