Passenger headlight was out. Other than that, everything was perfect.

DELBERT MThe lady who does the rentals for this location (Andrea I believe) is extraordinarily rude and seems very bothered to have to deal with customers. I was late picking up, they called to make sure I was still coming, and we were able to adjust the time which was great. When I got there and we were going through the rental, she told me I needed to take a picture of my ID. Which I thought I had did, so I said "Well I guess I could have just done self check in", and we went on with the rental. But upon return she was not very kind at all. Having done a few rentals and working in the company for several years personally, I am fairly familiar with U-Haul procedures of my time there. She asked if I took pictures of the dash for her. And I said I didn't know I had too. She says well we ask you to. And I asked if she could turn the key and get the information that way as I had some things in the van to move back into my vehicle. She audibly sighed, then rolled her eyes, and started the van up so it was running. The van does not need to run to record the dash board , therefore she was wasting gas. Then she told be she was going to charge because the needle wasn't close enough to the marker, and I saw it was when I turned off the van. So I said I would dispute that charge, since she wasn't giving me the opportunity to go put a gallon of gas in to avoid the fee. Instead she got more irritated with me, and told me I was problematic from the start. I thought she meant that because I was late, but she brought up the self check in comment. I saw the Area Field Mananger truck in the lot, and said I was just going to talk to them since she was being rude and mean. Her reply to that was "I'm being mean? Go cry about it!" Which absolutely blew my mind. Even if I was being an annoying customer, no one deserves to be talked to like she talked to me. Mark the AFM was really nice and listened to me complain and ended up not making me go get a gallon a waived the fee. I would like to use this location in the future, but I will not, and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Van worked great , but I'll go elsewhere to avoid undeserved confrontation
