You charged me $25 for a cleaning fee. That was uncalled for. I didn’t wash it or vacuum it out, but I made sure it was clean of trash or anything obvious. I think you charge this knowing it’s impossible to argue so you’ll get away with it.

The lady at Ionia Floral was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with a taillight on the first trailer and she got me switched to another one quickly. I would definitely go back for a rental in the future.

MICHAEL AIt’s hard for a crowded floral business to compete with a dedicated U-Haul store, once I dropped off the trailer around the back between the snow banks and other equipment, the manager was friendly and the check-in was very prompt. Several businesses in my small town have tried to keep U-Haul trailers and trucks, so I’m just glad this floral business can do it and survive.
