We had an 830 reservation. No one showed up at the location until 835 and thwn she had to call the person that handled uhauls to come in. So we didn't even get out of there until 915.
Jodi CReturns are a bit confusing when the business is closed.. we were not sure if we did it correctly. Called the U haul 800 number. Lady was absolutely NO help and said use the website… The pick up was great and equipment worked well
Alan DPassenger headlight was out. Other than that, everything was perfect.
