This location was sketchy from the start. Only one truck available & the storefront was more of a hoarders storage. From the moment I started the pick up, Kyle was obsessed with talking about Elon musk & Trump cleansing the world. A moral & political view that I do not share. I asked that he not spew false rhetoric and his response was to tell me more about how he couldn’t wait for trump to go down in history as the savior of the world. If I had the time to use another location I would have as I felt extremely disrespected by Kyle’s lack of professionalism & inability to keep his political views to himself, even after being asked to do so. I completely understand why this location has such an unfavorable rating & I will never use or recommend this U-Haul location to anyone again. The truck itself was old, extremely horrible gas mileage, and none of the charging ports worked.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrucks are old but maintained, shop is in rough part of town, parking lot will be difficult to get out of if youre not comfortable driving box trucks. The guy running the rentals was friendly but cut my rental an hour short so he could prepare for next customer.
