Same as above comments about the rock Hill location. After my experience I will probably never use uhaul again.

I will never come back to this location to rent a U-Haul. They try to scam and get over on me and said the truck was dirty and it was clean. I received it dirty and cleaned it up.
William MBad communication in pricing and explanation til the end equipment is very clean and truck is great just customer service wise.
Ben KReservation was easy, my husband did the pick up. I just wasnt informed about a hold fee on line. So he ended up having to cover that because I'd used pre pay card
Keith MI was told I would have an appliance dolly but when I got to the gas station I was told they didn’t have any just a small one so I left and when I got to the place of work no dolly at all in the truck so I had to drive back ask for the dolly which the guy was surprised and then drive back to the work site. Not sure why I have to pay for the mileage when I had to make the extra trip due to no dolly in the truck
