I will never use uhaul ever again. Had nothing to do with the location except for the fact that uhaul made me use this location 40 minutes away from my house when I have 5 separate locations in my county and know for a fact that they had the same vehicle. The whole self pick up and drop off experience was terrible couldn’t get the key code then got they gave me the wrong key then I selected to return it at my home town because why would I pay 1.40 a mile for 20 miles extra when I can drop it in my home town a mile away from my home. But they tried to say I selected an in town use only truck and that I chose to return it back to the location 40 minutes away from my home then they tried to tell me I couldn’t rent it for 2 days there fire costing me extra money because that was wrong and once they sent me to the local uhaul company they actually had 4 trucks available so not only was mine available but 4 more were to I then took another load quickly to return it on time just to find that I was having to return it back to the 40 minute away location and to call them to find out that I could keep it an extra day the whole process it’s self was a hassle and I will use a local company next time.. I did not know I had a local company or I would have used them to begin with after telling me I had to go 49 minutes away for a pick up I don’t recommend the process to anyone also it’s not $19 or every triple that price I believe I ended up pay $102 for the first day had I know this process was going to be so difficult I would have just continued to use my dads truck

My paperwork was taken without any return of info for my own records. I was asked how I paid but there was no reasoning as to why I was being asked. I found out why I was asked about the payment method after I left the business and received a receipt for another charge. If there's an added charge, that should be addressed with the customer and not just charged without their knowledge. Nobody likes to be unexpectedly charged for anything, so this was upsetting to see after a long process of moving. I'd like to be able to go over the fine print on the paperwork but it wasn't given to me.
JOSHUA Fhe charge for the Uhaul had $20 that was not explained when I questioned it. The Uhaul was 19.99 mileage was 20.64 and the 15.00 insurance. Which comes to 55.63. I was charged an extra 20 for something and they couldnt tell me what or why.
LENORA BThis is NOT where we dropped off. This was the 2nd location pick up of the THIRD uhaul we tried on moving day. Uhaul, get your sh*t together.. The person at this location was confused at the call from Uhaul to okay us getting an unreserved truck from them after the 1st location failed.
