KIMBERLY FThis poor guy helped us so we didn't have to pay extra. We told the pick up location when and where we could drop the trailer off, he never once told us it had to be back by 3 pm on the following Tuesday, because we told him it would be AFTER 5... So once dropping off, this location had to processed so we didn't have to pay for an extra day, even AFTER paying for extra days at the pick up location. We have dropped off lots of equipment to this location as we moved 8 hr this year, and he has been nothing but helpful!
STEPHANIE CFirst, couldn't get the truck I wanted, or pickup at the location closest to me, so I had to pay more for a bigger truck and go out of my way to get it. Then when I got to the location, they couldn't find the keys. Then the app link timed out before I could submit pictures of odometer after trying to submit 15 different times (kept saying it couldn't read the numbers). Ended up paying almost $200 for gas because it was empty and was charged for 180 miles when I only did 150. Will NEVER use U-Haul again.
