I was rudely brushed off after driving 700km and told to go elsewhere then barely could get a few words out of the employee, the other employee spoke absolutely no english at all. I had to stand there and wait for someone that spoke english to come to the store (wasn't even on premises). After them trying to refuse me leaving the trailer at that location ( where I was told to leave it by the pick up location). I am not sure what happened but I received a text saying it would be reported stolen....WHEN IT WAS ALREADY RETURNED. I i'm very glad that I took photos when I returned it so that this person could not get away with the fraud/lie/dishonesty/deceipt (?) they were trying to and get away with getting an innocent person in trouble.. I will hopefully never do business with any u-haul location ever again... I have learned my lesson and will pass this along to anybody that asks about U-haul.

I would prefer to not have to shovel a snow bank to be able to pick up the trailer next time.

MURRAY GThe drop of location was already full of snow. We couldn't move the truck up to park since the drive way was already occupied with snow.
Ehinomen ETrailer had over three feet of snow I had to shovel out, was not at the listed location, had to travel to alternate place nearby. Electrical cord was broken, had to go back to other location to get replacement cord. Trailer was frozen in the ground and I had to kick it repeatedly until it came out.
