Took over 2 hours to finish the paperwork to get the equipment. They couldn’t find the online reservation, ended up creating a whole new one for about double the price and told us to have to call headquarters to get it solved. Then once it was done, the trailer was parked on a lawn and was very difficult to hook up when having to drive over a curb to get it. The truck also had below 1:8 of a tank of gas, and the paperwork stated 1/4. Overall started our 9 hour drive 3 hours behind schedule due to all of these issues.
Chantelle VKeep better track of your inventory. I was approached by police saying I had a trailer that was reported stolen not a good feeling. I placed a call sunday and was told a manager would return my call Monday guess what no call. I think service is slipping. I never had any troubles when renting in Timmins.
Keith HThe location was tucked away not easiest to park trailer as its on lawn of a apartment complex very muddy and unprofessional looking. Customer service personal was very good in greeting and serving me consider he had to muilt task as this location is based from a corner store front. The gentleman did awesome job.
MARK RI was rudely brushed off after driving 700km and told to go elsewhere then barely could get a few words out of the employee, the other employee spoke absolutely no english at all. I had to stand there and wait for someone that spoke english to come to the store (wasn't even on premises). After them trying to refuse me leaving the trailer at that location ( where I was told to leave it by the pick up location). I am not sure what happened but I received a text saying it would be reported stolen....WHEN IT WAS ALREADY RETURNED. I i'm very glad that I took photos when I returned it so that this person could not get away with the fraud/lie/dishonesty/deceipt (?) they were trying to and get away with getting an innocent person in trouble.. I will hopefully never do business with any u-haul location ever again... I have learned my lesson and will pass this along to anybody that asks about U-haul.
