I am not sure if it was poor knowledge or system issues, but it took 90 min to check out, attendant had to call 3 times to uhaul support.
Georges BWhen I order the 26 ‘ on site , U-Haul called me to tell met it was not available, I took a 20’ instead, when I got there there was 4 26’. And was available, i was offered a 26’ but I declined. So communication between U-Haul and the dealer was lacking . But this dealer was probably the best I have ever dealt with.
