Th guy was super helpful and explained everything. I forgot to take pictures before the return but U haul and the person who handled the location registered the same time i returned the vehicle instead of overcharging me which was great. Would recommend to get a Uhaul at this location next time for sure. Thanks!

ALBERT LApp did not work for check in. I lost 30 minutes of my appointment with no help from the chat agents. The guy at the location didn’t open the door until 7am and couldn’t find the keys. I was not compensated for that loss of time either.
Courtney RDropped off truck after hours so no personnel contact. Was not happy at all with the $20 fee I was charged for returning it as a drop off. Terrible.
