ROGER PThis is apparently a mostly self-serve operation. The process was simple and straightforward, but perhaps some people might have trouble with the process and with getting the truck back into a space.
David WU-Haul changed my original drop-off location to a location that was not open, requiring self-check out which was extremely frustrating with no cell coverage for app or confidence that my mileage issue would be resolved. Owner of business answered the phone and was helpful but self-checkout took an hour.
