MARC AI selected an in person interaction for picking up the truck and upon arrival, I was waiting for about 5 minutes before I used critical thinking skills to call the number on the email. Upon calling, they had a lock box for the U-Haul which would not open and the person took about an additional 25 minutes to get to the location. The truck was picked up and we noticed a leak in the exhaust which we notified the person upon returning it. I’m now experiencing difficulty with closing out my order. I would not recommend this location and or team of people to rent a U-Haul from.
