Fuel level was not full when I was pick up the truck, but front desk person mentioned fuel level is full, due to that while returning I paid almost 25$ gas for 10 miles drive. This is really disappointing with this booking .

Top to bottom a horrible experience. Took a half hour to pick up the car because UHaul wasn't verifying my ID. Location had difficulty dispatching. Truck had a little over a tank of gas. I only drove it a total of 9 miles and did not leave it running at any point. I was charged $14 for 3 gallons of gas. 9 miles does NOT equal 3 gallons of gas. Feel like i was ripped off. Also, hired movers via the U-haul site and had significant property damage, an aggressive, rude mover who ended up walking out without finishing the small job. Probably won't use again, honestly. Awful experience.
