This was our first time going to J&M Self Storage on Oak Tree Road in Edison We walked into the office and was greeted as we walked in. We told him how much furniture we had and he recommended what size truck we needed and it was available when we needed it in such a short time . Reservation was place , we went back and picked the truck up the truck was clean in and out we got our six blankets as needed. When we returned the truck it was checked we left it clean as when we picked the truck up ,the price was very affordable. The service we received was awesome and a pleasant experience. Note: when I got home I realized that I forgot my EZ Pass transponder in the truck, I called the office and he was nice enough to check the truck and advised me that he found the EZ Pass Transponder. I drove back to the office and as soon as I pulled up and parked he came out of the office and gave me the EZ Pass Transponder. In my opinion he went above and beyond to treat a customer as family. I will definitely will recommend this business to anyone looking for a moving truck rental and will put this business in my contact list for future use.I would give this location 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
