The local dealer was fine and communicated well. The only complaint have is the Usual app and website. Very glitchy and didn't work half the time I tried to use it.

My biggest complaint is that, it was done all online without a representative. I am just not ready for all this future technology. I am so glad my boys were with me, and they were able to walk me through it. Same thing with the drop off. I had to do it all online, park the truck, take pictures and put the keys in the drop box. I guess this is just something that I am going to have to get use too!
goldie sI did not get my deposit back immediately and was not told about it until after it was taken from my bank account. I was not impressed. Still waiting on the deposit ba k actually.
Greg CMake sure equipment is well maintained, improve quality of locks, make sure the correct key is in the assigned box, ensure correct key is available for assigned truck
