No ice scraper in the truck and the truck was not clean of snow when picked up. Also only had 1/4 tank of gas, would have been nice if tank was a little more full so I didnt have to put in gas twice- it feels like a strategy to get me to put in more gas than necessary so that uhaul gets free gas if I dont calculate correctly.
JOSEPH GI normally rent my hauling equipment from a local place called O.K. rental but this time they were out of the equipment I needed so I went to ace hardware and because of the wonderful customer service experience I had there I will be using uhauls services from here on out
