Easy and comfortable
Abdul AMy vehicle smelt as if it was used to transport a horse at some point this week. I personally like to read disclosures before signing, and having the customer service rep try to get me to sign quickly because the “document will be emailed” did not make me feel too comfortable. Over-all, pick up was not terrible, however, I don’t believe it should take 35 mins to pick up a truck (especially when the driver/renter details were submitted online in completion).
Devon RInclude local mileage with rental. I think $99 is uncalled for! Should be somewhat incorporated into the rental fee.
