How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van was clean however the display showed it needed an oil change. After returning unit I received a subsequent invoice charging me for more mikes than I used and a fuel charge of $30 plus 2 gallons of gas those charges more than doubled my bill. I used this van for 5.5 miles, I put in $3 gas which is more than I used. The attendant said he could not help me even though the charges were created at the location. He said I should call U-Haul directly. I did, someone took down my concern and let me know I would hear from a local manager. Well I’m still waiting. I false charges more than doubled my bill and apparently it’s of no concern, I’ll call back tomorrow before I ask credit card company to withhold my payment yo them.
ERIC BI was told the price was $483. I was charged $626. Why was I charged so much more?
