We had a great experience this time with this location. In the past, we have had to use the app & it was a disaster. This time, we were able to work with a human which was great. She was very helpful & got us into our truck quickly.

Ryan M.I arrived at my location w/ reservation on Saturday am to be told there was no truck for me, to go to another location further away from my move and paid crew. I went there, stood in line 10 mins or more, was treated poorly and then told there was no truck there either altho I could see plenty of trucks and told to call Uhaul #. They sent me even farther away to a different town. Now I can finally get a truck, but I am 20 miles away and 90 minutes late to my own move! I am pissed and have to pay extra wages and extra gas! 0 stars for Uhaul on this move.
