Nothing my experience was great. Jasmine helped me step by step through renting a storage unit and reserving/ picking up a truck. She was always nice, smiling and very good at what she does..I don't think I would have gotten through this move so smoothly without her help.

The saleslady stated verbally that return time was 11:45 the next day. I showed up at 11:37 and was charged for an additional day. I realize the paperwork says 11:30, but to verbally mention otherwise in some sneaky ploy to nickel and dime customers is disgusting. This is a very unsavory business practice. It makes me want to carry around a video camera when I do business with people. She ignored my email and phone calls for good reason. The guilt is obvious. At no time was I rude to her, as I couldn't get in touch her once I left. I am not seeking a refund, as the principle is so much more important. You can keep it. I've been a UHAUL customer for 15 years. Never again. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. SSG Lambeth US ARMY

By not placing a hold on the card that lasts longer than needed. The hold should be released immediately after the truck is returned. You all should have some type of sticker on the key being returned that will need to be scanned before leaving at pickup and after drop off.

The agent waiting on me as I placed reserve order on "small box truck' Was preoccupied baby sitting his own child When i came to pick up reserved truck he had reserved a pickup truck for me. It took 45 minutes to correct paper work on truck I ordered. I have used U-Haul services many time over the years. I expect to be treated as a valued customer.

okay well, it's the end of 2017 and I wanted to post this one gripe/customer warning. Uhaul is a bunch of crap.! (And yes I do mean crap not sh**) So we moved. I went into the U-Haul store on Saturday 12-23-17 at the 103rd location to reserve a truck and storage unit for 12-30-17. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and, after taking all my info, told me that everything was taken care of. I go there on 12-30-17 to pick up the truck and pay for the storage unit. I got the truck okay but then was told that my storage unit was Not reserved. He offered me one unit and I requested to see it. We got there and there were 2 locks already on the unit. He then said that the unit owner was delinquent but I could not have that unit since someone's stuff was in there. (Duh) He then took me to a unit that was $10 more than the unit the original rep from 12-23-17 had quoted me. It had a cardboard box and clear plastic wrap inside. This time he said that the unit had to be cleaned out so he couldn't rent me that one. (It was cold outside so he didn't want to clean it out himself.) He finally offered me a unit for $139.95... a big jump from the $94.75 unit I was told I'd reserved on 12-23-17. No...I wouldn't take that one. Then he had no more options. I called the Uhaul down the street, still one 103rd. They assured me that they had a unit, were open and someone was there. We drove there to see the unit. No one was there and it was dark inside. We called back the number to tell them we were there and no one was inside. They said the person was on site but at one of the storage units. (Ok I'm calling call center.) So they'll contact the person and have him come to us. While I'm waiting on hold, we are disconnected. I call back but now I'm old that I'm at a satellite location that is unmanned and i have to go to 6100 blanding blvd to sign the contract and viewing the unit is out of the question as no CUSTOMER service rep could come to that location. (At this point I'm stuck. I have the truck and i have to be moved by 1-1-18.) So over there we go. I told them all we'd gone through and the big black guy just smiled and said there was nothing he could do but i could call the manager who wouldn't be in until Tuesday. I told him that Uhau'ls CUSTOMER service was crap (that's the word I used). He gave me paperwork and we began to leave. Then I remembered it was unmanned so I asked how were we to get inside since it was unmanned and what was the unit number since he gave none of this info. I reiterate, UHAUL IS CRAP!!!!! Beware...i hope i Never have to use them ever again!!!

Im upset about not being able to get reimbursed for the gas overage. But If didn't put enough in I would have been charged for not putting back enough gas. Bad business...

I rented a pick up truck and it had all the features that I need except a radio. Overall my was great experience and the staff was top notch.

I came in the day before my rental to reserve a truck and when I came back the next day my reservation was NOT there! Plus the guy that did help me was more concerned with where my vehicle was parked than getting me the truck rental!! I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! Not happy!!!

Actually having the equipment I want would help. I had 3 stores closer that had the exact same trailer that I didn't want. I passed them all because your call center promised that the 103rd st location had the trailer I wanted. The people were fine. Your equipment tracker leaves a bit to be desired.
