The Van I rented did not have Air conditioning. This is unacceptable in this heat. You should advertise AC when the equipment isn't working.

My card was charged then the next day the charge disapeard and the money is back in my bank... im sure it will dissapear again soon i'm just glad I was paying attention and didn't think I had more money than I do. This location and equipment where perfect! The lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the process! She was a pleasure to work with. Reserving and picking up the UHaul was by far the easiest part of our move! And for that, we say thank you!

The service I received was excellent. By far the best Uhaul experience I have ever had. Moving is stressful Jesse made the move so easy! I have rented from Uhaul about 10 times and this was the best service I have received. He was quick and knowledge just the best! I am adding post to trip advisor as well. One word....awesome!

Jesse and Adam were great and tried very hard to accommodate a situation they did not create. The store on the Westside (on Blanding Blvd) really messed me over. Lamonte did a good job trying to fix a problem and he stayed calm, but the manager of that store was incompetent. I had a reservation for a truck--in the computer--but when I got there, no truck was available. Why did I not receive a call letting me know not to bother to drive over to the store when she KNEW there was no truck for me? No courtesy. Not even common sense. Then, they were supposed to give me a $50 credit, but when I got to the store on 103rd St., they had no record of it and would not give it to me. I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 1/2 hour to get it straightened out. And, because the store I ended up renting from (due to your mistake) was further away from my home than the store where I had the reservation, I had to pay extra mileage DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE. You guys need a better system. But, like I said, Jesse, Adam, and Lamonte tried to help, but your system, and the manager at the Westside store, really messed me over.

I was told by the gentleman I could not return the equipment here even though he could see me in the computer. He called the owners who stated the same thing and I was sent up.the road to 6100 Blanding Blvd. I call the 800# to let them know I was instructed to drop off at a different location than my contract. The representative advised I needed to take the trailer back and drop it off at the co traxt location because I would be charged a fee for dropping at the wrong location. Between the back and forth travel time and the hitch and umhitch of the trailer. I was on the phone with the rep for over an hour. The rep form the 800 # was great. But i wont even tecomend this uhaul location for storage being as they do not honor customer agreements.

Fund a better way to check gas I picked a truck up who's gas tank was less then a half tank I returned it in the same spot I picked it up.and they still charged my card 30 more dollars saying basically it was returned almost on empty. They have no way of proving if they checked the right truck or not.I'm so pissed...their is no other way to express it...I was told home depot was cheaper I should have went there

The truck was not ready for my 7 am pickup time. I received it about 7:30 am. The power steering on the truck did not work good at idle speed's! Very difficult to maneuver in tight turns this way. We tried to turn the truck in about 3:30 pm to 4:40 pm and there was no one in the office. It was locked! I had to use the key drop off box. I also emptied out C113 storage unit and wanted to check out of it, but again, nobody was in the office! This was an odd situation for this U-Haul place though. They usually were better prepared.

The experience was exceptional. I was assisted by Connor Hill who at the time of pick up was the only person working and did an awesome job at accommodating the customers that were there. He was thankful for my patience and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Connor. To be only 18 years old he handled his business as a professional.

The Team at Oak Hill was extremely helpful. When I arrived to Oak Hill it was determined that I had too much stuff for the unit I reserved so they upgraded me to the proper size without a hitch. I am very pleased with my experience.

I thought it was a little much to tell us that we would be charged $12 unless we refolded the furniture blankets. Just seemed a bit too much considering they were folded perfectly in plastic wrap when we arrived. We were expected to place the blankets in plastic wrap, so we didn't understand the point of folding them.

The agent there was very helpful and ensured I was taken care of. So if you could ensure all of your representatives are as knowable and courteous that would be great.
