Make sure the customer gets the right equipment for the job. Getting a small utility dolly when ordering an appliance dolly really makes things difficult, not to mention getting less than what you pay for. Also the steps in returning a uhaul after hours is very complicated. I would make sure to let customers know before they bring it, they have a list of stuff to do before dropping the keys in the box. Overall good experience though.

I reserved a 15 Footer and when I got there, they sent me to another location and when I got to the second location, they had only a 10 footer which caused me to make extra trips in order to complete the move. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Truck stunk. had half tank of gas and oil indicator said 0 percent oil life left so it was long over due for oil change. was dirty and had roaches I want some one from u haul to call me I want some kind of refund even if only half. 904-610-8048

I have rented several times with uhaul over the past year and have not had any but great service from them all. This experience was no different. Upon arriving and telling the woman there that I was returning a UHaul truck, she literally said "Great, give me the keys and get out." Not friendly at all and didn't seem like she wanted to help or be there. There are other locations that I feel would provide better customer service.

She wrote the wrong mileage and on return I had 106 miles not the 62 I actually used. Your employee change my reservation options and charged a flat fee that was 20.00 more dollar than if would have paid by mileage alone They employed offer no resolution. I will never use UHall again And will tell this story to everyone. Shame on you. Giant company ripping off your customers

I put in for a two hour rental starting at two o'clock because of a deadline we personally had. I show up to Compass and the attendant was NOWHERE to be found. I waited outside for 30 minutes before someone decided to show up. After telling the attendant that my uhal rental was to start at two and that she was late she continued to give me excuses of "I was busy" and that "traffic was terrible" "I haven't had lunch yet" instead of apologizing for wasting my time and being extremely late to an appointment I had made earlier. I didn't pay to hear about her personal problems. Not only that, she had a sign on the door that explicitly said Return at 2:00. I am disgusted and extremely disappointed in the lack of respect for time and customer service. It honestly angers me that I had to pay full price after having such a terrible experience. I hope I get a response to this experience.

We did not know the protocol of Uhaul and so waited for 20 minutes until the employee showed up to drop off our key . She came back at 330 at "lunchtime" smoking her cigarette, and then told us "we should have known already" not to wait around. Very unprofessional and with extreme lack of courtesy. Even if we did not know how things work, is that how a customer should be treated?
