I waited for an hour an a half outside in the sun to pick up a truck rental that was reserved for 12. The place closed for lunch 5 minutes before my reservation (I was outside when they closed) and was LATE coming back from it. Awful service. Never apologized or anything. Next time I will just go to Home Depot
