Tony VDo NOT like these "rent equipment" only type locations. It's a struggle to get them to answer their phone. E.V.E.R.Y. S.I.N.G.L.E. transaction/interaction took AT LEAST one hour. I just can't! Please U-Haul - STOP sending my rentals to these places!! I prefer to deal with the REAL U-Haul locations.
Adele DIt would be nice if they answered their phone(s). There were so many issues with getting the truck. The keys did NOT match the truck in my contract. I had to wait almost an hour to get the car carrier attached to my truck because no one was at the location. I don't know why U-Haul has allowed these "dealers/dispatch locations" to exist because dealing with them is extremely frustrating. If you can avoid these places please do. Save yourself time and frustration. Go to the actual main U-Haul location
