Got into a verbal altercation with the owner of the shop because of the rental and because I had already paid for services for two people to help move I was afraid that he was going to cancel the reservations and because of the app was not working, so I went inside and dealt with him and it was an awful experience and at the end of the rental, he threw the keys onto the counter, which I found to be very disrespectful and when I verbalize that to him, he got mad he ended up charging or putting a hold on 50 miles when I only use the truck for five. I’ve been in the area for almost 30 years. Never had an issue with services there until I rented a truck if he was having a bad day it shouldn’t be taken out on the customers because it looked bad on U-Haul

STEVEN BAll of the personnel associated with U-Haul company or absolutely terrific the truck left a little to be desired. It ran well. We had no issues except the driver side mirror was not adjustable and I had to cover it with a T-shirt to drive at night. They need to make sure that they are adjustable. The only other suggestion I would have which is too late for all the trucks now is to put cruise control in. I understand why it’s not but it sure makes a big difference when you’re driving for 15 to 20 hours. Everything else worked as it should have. Thank you.
