Equipment had no gas, before I could drive off the lot was charged twice, didn’t use as many miles as I thought yet was scammed out of over $415 for a truck I only had for 24 hours and drove less than 25 miles. Instead of refunding me for 20 less miles he decided to use my card and run it up knowing I would be busy moving. I started to rent again the next day then I saw the charges, and then too late I checked the ratings. I don’t recommend any customer to be taken advantage of and scammed while it’s already chaotic moving.

I answered no to personnel because no one was around when we dropped the trailer off. It was in the middle of the afternoon and I didn’t see anyone around. We just followed the drop off instructions and left without seeing anyone.
