Location was awful. Truck check-in took > 4 hours after I dropped it off. Staff were not knowledgeable. I drove 25 miles out of my way for a $150 credit to drop at this location. Staff at the drop off location said she understood and would take care of it. 4 hours later when I called because I hadn't gotten a receipt, The person said they didn't know how to process the action. This location should be stripped of their UHaul license. It detracts from UHauls corporate image.

STEVEN AYall take people for granted saying you will give back the deposit! But yall dont! Yall invent some other charges after we cleaned it out! Beacause whoever used it last had left marks of cement everywhere. Will never use uhaul
LOURDES RThe location did not appear clean & well maintained. The office did not have a working printer. The location did not have any of the items I requested to be on the truck. The location charged me for items that were not on my truck. I had to travel to another location to get a couple of the items I wanted. The gentleman at the place that had items noticed I was going to be billed for something I never received and removed them.
