When I dropped off the truck, they said they were busy but would get the truck checked soon. They ended up not checking it in until the next day after I had to call them. And then they charged me for 2 gallons saying the truck wasn’t filled up to the exact line I picked it up at which was false. I do not recommend renting or delivering to this location.

Location was awful. Truck check-in took > 4 hours after I dropped it off. Staff were not knowledgeable. I drove 25 miles out of my way for a $150 credit to drop at this location. Staff at the drop off location said she understood and would take care of it. 4 hours later when I called because I hadn't gotten a receipt, The person said they didn't know how to process the action. This location should be stripped of their UHaul license. It detracts from UHauls corporate image.

STEVEN AYall take people for granted saying you will give back the deposit! But yall dont! Yall invent some other charges after we cleaned it out! Beacause whoever used it last had left marks of cement everywhere. Will never use uhaul
