My rental was not ready at the arranged time. Although the gentleman at the Greensboro location was helpful in finding another rental, the dealership where I picked up my U-Haul is not conducive to connecting and disconnecting a trailer. The latch to secure the trailer was rusted and difficult to lock, and the door itself did not close very easily.
